The 2015-2016 season had unusual conditions. The main aspects were a cold spring, which delayed the ripening of the grapes, and intense rains during the harvest period, decreasing the yield of our vineyards. In any case, our winemaking team correctly handled the situation obtaining wines of excellent quality, representative of each variety and its origin. According to these conditions, our wines turned out to have very good natural acidity, whites are fresh with a lower alcohol content and red wines are elegant with floral and fruity notes.
This wine is produced from ripe fruit of the Merlot variety, under the vinification standards of a white wine. This means that after selecting the clusters, they are ground before entering the vat and after a few hours the juice is extracted. It is left to decant and then inoculated with yeasts and fermentation begins which takes around 35 days at a temperature of 13-14 ° C (55-57 ° F). It matures for 3 months in stainless steel tanks and is bottled young to preserve its charming personality.
Cherry pink with orange and bright trim. This Rosé presents aromas of medium intensity where you can see strawberries, pink grapefruit and floral notes. In the mouth, it presents a medium-high acidity where a semi-ripe raspberry sensation is discovered.
