Management     The Family Management Winemaking Team Our People   Arturo Cousiño (46), Chairman of the Board of Directors. The youngest of the Cousiño brothers joined the management team at the age of 24, working alongside his father and grandfather. He organized the company's export department in 1985, achieving brand presence in over 40 countries. He was appointed General Manager in 1997 and held that position until September 2002.     Matías Ovalle (43), Sales Director. He joined the Cousiño Macul team in February 2002 as the Finance and Administration Manager. After six years, was entrusted to lead the new Management that merged two important areas of the winery: Exports and National Sales. Before, he had worked for 7 years at Chile's international airline, LanChile, and 3 years in Banco Edwards.
